Job summary

Delegasi Emas Sdn. Bhd. is seeking two Farm Supervisors to oversee daily broiler operations on site. You will manage health, feeding, ventilation, cleanliness, and record-keeping to support efficient production.

Willingness to stay at the farm is required; accommodation and company vehicle are provided. You will also supervise a team, report performance, and ensure compliance with safety and biosecurity standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in broiler farm operations or livestock management is preferred.
• Fresh candidates welcome, willing to learn and work in farm environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily broiler farm operations including health, feeding, watering, ventilation and cleanliness.
• Monitor chicken growth, mortality, temperature and overall farm conditions.
• Lead and assign daily tasks to farm workers and ensure completion.
• Ensure vaccination, medication and biosecurity procedures are followed.
• Maintain daily farm records (mortality, feed usage, body weight, FCR).
• Monitor farm supplies (feed, medication, bedding, equipment).
• Coordinate harvesting activities with workers, drivers and buyers.
• Prepare farm performance reports for HQ/Owner.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and biosecurity requirements.

Job description

Supervise daily broiler farm operations, including chicken health, feeding, watering, ventilation and cleanliness.

Monitor chicken growth, mortality, temperature and overall farm conditions.

Lead and assign daily tasks to farm workers and ensure work is completed properly.

Ensure proper implementation of vaccination, medication and biosecurity procedures.

Maintain accurate daily farm records, including mortality, feed usage, medication, body weight and FCR.

Monitor farm supplies such as feed, medication, bedding materials and equipment.

Coordinate chicken harvesting activities with workers, lorry drivers and buyers.

Monitor and report equipment or facility issues, such as faulty fans, leaking pipes or damaged facilities.

Prepare and submit farm performance reports to HQ/Owner.

Ensure workers follow farm safety, hygiene and biosecurity requirements.

Monitor farm performance to achieve targets for mortality, FCR, body weight and cost per bird.

Job Requirements:

Preferably with experience in broiler farm operations or livestock management.

Fresh candidates are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to learn and work in a farm environment.

Willing to stay at the farm as part of the job requirement.

Accommodation and company vehicle will be provided.

Willing to work during normal working hours and perform overtime when required.

Good leadership and communication skills to supervise and manage farm workers.

Able to monitor farm operations, maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports.

Responsible, observant, disciplined and able to work independently.

Basic knowledge of chicken health, feeding, vaccination, biosecurity and farm management is an advantage.
