Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Training Coordinator to plan, deliver, and manage technical training programs across sites. You will develop materials, conduct classroom, webinar, and on-site sessions, and ensure accurate records of attendance and assessments are maintained.

The role requires an engineering or related degree, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of ISO standards. Willingness to travel to training centres and client locations is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, technical, education, occupational safety, or related field.
• Experience in technical training, scaffolding, construction, engineering, or related industries advantageous.
• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, OHS requirements, and regulatory requirements.
• Networking with government/regulatory bodies (DOSH/JKKP, CIDB) advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and training/presentation tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; willing to travel.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage day-to-day training activities and operations.
• Develop and conduct technical, competency, classroom, webinar, and practical training programs.
• Prepare training materials, course outlines, classroom agendas, instructional materials, and training aids.
• Deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and technical training sessions.
• Deploy training programs to targeted personnel according to business and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, including training diaries, attendance, assessment data, photographs, and reports.
• Develop and continuously improve training content to ensure relevance, accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Plan and implement classroom training, e-learning, multimedia programs, simulations, and other technology-based learning methods.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and conduct assessments to ensure competency and learning objectives are achieved.
• Mentor and support other instructors in technical knowledge, subject matter, and effective training delivery techniques.
• Ensure consistency and quality of course content throughout the training program lifecycle.
• Conduct testing, trials, and evaluations of training processes and materials with different subjects or participants.
• Manage training programs in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and the Company’s Quality Management System.
• Maintain and update training documentation in preparation for internal and external audits.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge, instructional delivery methods, presentation skills, and training capabilities.
• Perform administrative duties related to training and prepare reports as required by management.
