Job summary

• Completed vocational training or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for MOCVD equipment across Basic, Advanced and Expert levels.
• Lead hands-on training sessions for Field Service Engineers and customer personnel on equipment functionality, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain training documentation including SOPs, work instructions, manuals and assessments.
• Develop competence matrices and skill-level assessments to measure Field Service Engineer capabilities.
• Conduct certification assessments and decide on competency levels with professional authority.
• Support global rollout of the Service Certification Program across APAC and enable regional delivery.
• Travel up to ~80% to deliver trainings at customer sites, regional offices and Aachen, Germany.

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Completed vocational training or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Field or related discipline
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment, MOCVD technology or comparable complex industrial systems
• Proven track record in technical training delivery, knowledge transfer or field service engineering roles
• Deep understanding of MOCVD reactor functionality, system architecture and operational principles
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to audiences with varying skill levels and backgrounds
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel internationally up to 80% of the time
• Experience working in cross-cultural and multinational environments would be highly advantageous
• Knowledge of compound semiconductor materials (GaN, SiC, AsP) and their applications is a strong plus
