Job summary

TRI I Concept Sdn Bhd, based in Malaysia, seeks a Technical Team Lead / Technical Support Executive to drive technical success on construction projects. You will provide hands-on guidance, manage E-Permit processes, and oversee product certifications while coordinating on-site deliveries and problem solving.

The role requires 2+ years in a technical lead or project management role within construction, with a relevant engineering or construction management qualification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical guidance to clients, contractors, and homeowners, including on-site problem solving for bathroom fixtures.
• Handle the full process of E-Permit applications for imported bathroom fixtures and attend inspections with government officers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate the application and renewal of certifications for imported products.
• Assist with project site deliveries, monitoring loading/unloading for accuracy and condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with supplied products.

Technical Team Lead / Technical Support Executive

As a Technical Team Lead / Technical Support Executive, you will play a key part in driving the technical success of ongoing construction projects, ensuring smooth coordination, timely execution, and high-quality delivery. You will provide hands‑on technical guidance, handle regulatory compliance and certifications, and oversee product performance for bathroom fixtures.

Key responsibilities

Offer hands‑on technical guidance to clients, contractors, and homeowners, including on‑site problem‑solving for bathroom fixtures supplied

Handle the full process of E‑Permit applications for imported bathroom fixtures and attend inspections with government officers to ensure regulatory compliance

Coordinate the application and renewal of certifications for imported products

Assist with project site deliveries when necessary, monitoring loading and unloading to ensure goods are received accurately and in good condition

Perform troubleshooting and provide effective solutions when technical problems arise with supplied products

About you

Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical team lead or project management role within the construction industry

Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field

Strong understanding of construction processes, with the ability to interpret and apply technical specifications and monitor and report on project progress

Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, architects, and contractors

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to motivate and develop a team of technical professionals
