Job summary

Tri I Concept is seeking a polished Retail Sales Consultant for our Petaling Jaya showroom, focusing on B2B partnerships with high-end interior design firms. You will leverage your product knowledge to secure project specs and close sales.

With 1–2 years of luxury sales experience, you will network, pitch, and manage relationships across design communities. English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency are required; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.

• Welcome walkthrough customers, designers, and premium clients to our Petaling Jaya showroom
• Understand client floorplans and aesthetic preferences to recommend bespoke bathroom and kitchen packages
• Achieve monthly sales targets and proactively manage client payments to secure commissions
• Prepare accurate pricing proposals, process product orders, and coordinate deliveries with logistics
• Maintain premium showroom display standards, including product cleanliness and correct pricing signage

You will use your excellent networking skills and deep product knowledge to secure project specs, close sales, and elevate our brand presence.

Key responsibilities

Proactively pitch, build, and maintain strategic relationships with high-end Interior Design firms

About you

Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally dealing with high-end luxury products, interior design networks, or building materials

Strong networking, pitching, and relationship-management capabilities

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is highly advantageous for communicating with our client demographic

Self-motivated, resilient, elegant personal presentation, and a genuine passion for luxury interior aesthetics

Able to manage flexible daily clock-in windows and alternate Saturday shifts
