Job summary

TRI I Concept Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Team Lead / Technical Support Executive to drive the technical success of ongoing construction projects, coordinating activities, ensuring timely execution and high-quality delivery for bathroom fixtures.

You will provide on-site guidance, manage regulatory compliance, oversee certifications, and support project teams, with 5-day work week and flexible start times; EPF and SOCSO contributions, medical benefits after confirmation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a technical team lead or project management role in construction.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication to coordinate with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical guidance to clients, contractors, and homeowners, including on-site problem-solving for bathroom fixtures supplied.
• Manage the full process of E‑Permit applications for imported bathroom fixtures and attend inspections with government officers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate the application and renewal of certifications for imported products.
• Assist with project site deliveries, monitoring loading and unloading to ensure goods are received accurately and in good condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with supplied products.

As a Technical Team Lead / Technical Support Executive, you will play a key part in driving the technical success of ongoing construction projects, ensuring smooth coordination, timely execution, and high-quality delivery. Key responsibilities

Offer hands‑on technical guidance to clients, contractors, and homeowners, including on‑site problem‑solving for bathroom fixtures supplied

Handle the full process of E‑Permit applications for imported bathroom fixtures and attend inspections with government officers to ensure regulatory compliance

Coordinate the application and renewal of certifications for imported products

Perform troubleshooting and provide effective solutions when technical problems arise with supplied products

About you

Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical team lead or project management role within the construction industry

Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field

Strong understanding of construction processes, with the ability to interpret and apply technical specifications and monitor and report on project progress

Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, architects, and contractors

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to motivate and develop a team of technical professionals

Flexible work hours—clock in anytime between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM

5-day work week

15 days of annual leave per year
