Job summary

CHENXIN PLUMBING SDN BHD. is seeking a site-based role to support project managers in planning manpower and resources for plumbing projects in Malaysia. You will participate in progress meetings, handle drawing distribution to site, and ensure drawings align with architectural and structural plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in manpower planning and resource distribution.
• Attend site meetings with clients and consultants as required.
• Prepare and distribute construction drawings to site.
• Check discrepancies between Architect and Structural drawings.
• Liaise with client/consultant on technical matters with site supervisor/coordinator.
• Monitor delivery of materials and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Contribute to overall construction planning to meet schedule.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in the planning of manpower and other resources to ensure maximum distribution of work and minimize disruption to work progress
• To attend the Site Progress Meeting/Sub Con Meeting/Client Consultant Meeting at all time
• To prepare, receive and distribute the construction drawing to site
• To check any discrepancy between the Architect Drawings and Structural Drawings
• Liaise with the Client/Consultant on technical matter with site supervisor/coordinator
• Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensuring that quality/types/dimensions are as per the specified requirements
• Overall construction planning and to ensure the job can be delivery on schedule

Requirements
