Job summary

Infinity Logistics in Malaysia is seeking a skilled Lead Technical Support professional to oversee flexitank applications, installation, loading, unloading, and performance, ensuring smooth on-site operations. You will work with R&D and production to push product improvements, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety and customer requirements.

The role requires travel to client sites and strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Polymer, Chemical) or related technical field.
• 2–7 years of experience in polymer, flexible packaging, plastics packaging, technical service or related industries
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel for on-site support or outstation assignments.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action and Preventive Action report writing

Responsibilities

• Lead technical support and advisory services related to flexitank applications, installation, loading, unloading, and operational performance.
• Oversee technical investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for product or operational issues.
• Monitor and improve product quality, reliability, and technical standards for flexitank operations.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams on product enhancement and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Support operational teams during project implementation, customer onboarding, and technical deployment.
• Provide technical guidance during loading/unloading operations and customer site activities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, technical manuals, procedures, and training materials.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to optimize manufacturing and technical processes.
• Act as the key technical liaison between customers, operations, vendors, and internal departments.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing effective technical solutions and timely issue resolution.
• Lead and mentor technical team members to enhance competency and operational effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, efficiency, product performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare technical reports, KPI analysis, and management updates.

Requirements:

• At least 2 to 7 years of working experience in polymer, flexible packaging, plastics packaging, technical service or related industries
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel for on-site support or outstation assignments.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action and Preventive Action report writing
• Willing to travel to customer site for support and investigation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic technical documentation tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commute to Pulau Indah.
