Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Technical Manager based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

You will provide technical support to customers, introduce or recommend suitable products, conduct in-house seminars, and coordinate with R&D and the Application Lab for new product evaluations, with occasional travel abroad as required.

Qualifications

Degree in Polymer Science or Chemistry.
Minimum 10 years working experience in polymer/rubber industries.
Experience in rubber product manufacturing is an added advantage.
Willingness to undertake periodic travel abroad and work in a global team.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers for developing and solving processing problems.
Introduce or recommend best-suited products to customers.
Conduct in-house seminars/technical discussions for identified customers.
Indirectly promote company products to achieve orders.
Follow up on samples and evaluations requested by agents/customers.
Coordinate with R&D/Application Lab on new product evaluations and presentations.

As the Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. Based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, this is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

What you'll be doing

To provide technical support to customer in terms of developing and/or solving their processing problems.

To introduce or recommend the best suited products which are beneficial to their working.

To conduct in house seminar/technical discussion to identified customer(s).

Indirectly promoting Company's products commercially to achieve the final goal (order secured).

Sample (requested by agent/customer) Approval and Evaluation follow up.

Technical training (for distributor/agent) - Introduction to rubber technology, products briefing, products applications in both rubber and plastics/WPC industries.

Coordinate working with R&D / Application lab - new product evaluation, prepare technical presentation.

What we're looking for
