Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, and service industrial machinery, with a focus on food processing and packaging equipment. This is a hands-on role involving both office and field work, with opportunities to travel within Malaysia and overseas to support projects.

You will work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience and progressing to independent assignments as you develop technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission industrial machinery at client sites.
• Perform maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Train client plant operators on proper operation of machinery.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support to clients.
• Prepare service and visit reports after each assignment.
• Travel within Malaysia and overseas according to project requirements.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
