Job summary

ZWSOFT is seeking a Technical Enablement & Training professional in Malaysia to develop and execute training programs for local partners on ZW3D and ZWCAD. You will support pre-sales, deliver product demonstrations, and lead the deployment and onboarding for key accounts in Malaysia.

The role requires 2+ years in CAD/CAE/CAM with SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or Inventor, and strong English and local language communication. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing-related disciplines such as Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Mold Design and Manufacturing, Electrical and Electronics, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of professional experience using CAD/CAE/CAM software—SolidWorks, Siemens NX, PTC Creo, Autodesk Inventor, or Solid Edge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training and assessment programs to enhance pre-sales and post-sales capabilities for local partners in Malaysia on ZW3D and ZWCAD.
• Generate pre-sales solutions and deliver product value demonstrations for end customers in Malaysia’s manufacturing industry.
• Lead deployment of ZW3D, ZWCAD, and related products for key accounts in Malaysia, including onboarding and after-sales guidance.
• Localize technical resources to fit the Malaysia market and develop local solutions.
• Provide technical support for marketing campaigns and promotional materials in Malaysia.

Job Overview And Responsibility

• Technical Enablement & Training – Develop and execute training and assessment programs to enhance pre-sales and post-sales capabilities for local partners in Malaysia on products such as ZW3D and ZWCAD. Establish tracking records to monitor progress and empower partner growth.
• Sales Pre-Sales Support & SOP Extension – Generate pre-sales solutions and deliver product value demonstrations for end customers in Malaysia's manufacturing (MFG) industry, targeting products including ZW3D and ZWCAD, to drive business process advancement. And finally, enable the local partner like point 1.
• Product Application, Implementation & SOP Extension – Lead the deployment of ZW3D, ZWCAD, and related products for key accounts in Malaysia, including product onboarding, application training, and after-sales guidance. Coordinate with additional technical and R&D resources as needed to ensure successful implementation for local key accounts. And finally, enable the local partner like point 1.
• Localization of Technical Resources—Adapt headquarters standard technical resources to fit the specific characteristics of the Malaysia market and develop local industry solutions, among other localization initiatives.
• Marketing Event Support – Provide technical support for marketing and promotional campaigns for ZW3D, ZWCAD, and other products in Malaysia. This includes identifying product highlights and value points tailored to local market needs and collaborating with the marketing department to produce promotional materials.
• Team Mission Collaboration – Collaborate with colleagues in teamwork to achieve the common target.

Required Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelor s degree or above in manufacturing-related disciplines such as Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Mold Design and Manufacturing, Electrical and Electronics, or other relevant fields.
• Technical Capability: At least 2 years of professional experience applying CAD, CAE, and CAM software—particularly mainstream 3D CAD design software such as SolidWorks, Siemens NX, PTC Creo, Autodesk Inventor, and Solid Edge—in mechanical design, mold design, or related engineering disciplines.
• Language Skills: Good English & Native communication skills.
