Job summary

Global Precision Sales & Services Sdn Bhd, a leading audiological solutions provider in Malaysia, is seeking a Biomedical Engineer to join the after-sales team in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle calibration, servicing, and repair of medical equipment, and coordinate with hospitals and clinics to ensure equipment readiness.

Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor's in related engineering, at least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome), and proficiency in English and Bahasa

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of related work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must possess own transport, valid driving license, and willingness to travel for field assignments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the after-sales medical equipment registry for private and government facilities.
• Calibrate, perform preventative maintenance, servicing, and repair of all assigned medical equipment.
• Track equipment cycles and inform clients of upcoming calibration due dates.
• Service and calibrate audiometric rooms according to DOSH requirements.
• Lead installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment at client sites.
• Serve as the technical liaison for audiologists and hospital staff.
• Perform other ad-hoc technical or administrative duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and systematically update the after-sales medical equipment registry for both private and government healthcare facilities.
• Act as the primary person in charge of the calibration, preventative maintenance, servicing, and repair of all assigned medical equipment.
• Track equipment cycles and proactively inform healthcare clients regarding upcoming calibration due dates.
• Service and calibrate audiometric rooms strictly in accordance with DOSH requirements.
• Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of new medical equipment at client sites.
• Act as the primary technical liaison and point of contact for audiologists and hospital staff requiring technical assistance.
• Execute any other ad-hoc technical or administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must possess own transport, a valid driving license, and be willing to travel outstation for field assignments.
