We are looking for a highly technical, customer-oriented Machine Vision Engineer to bridge client needs with our cutting-edge camera technologies. You will be the technical face of Bopixel, driving pre-sales feasibility studies, hardware configurations, post-sales support, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Consulting: Collaborate with our sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend the optimal Bopixel camera, lens, and lighting setups.

Feasibility & Testing: Design and execute in-lab tests and on-site demonstrations to validate vision solutions for client applications.

System Integration: Assist clients and system integrators with camera calibration, image processing libraries (e.g., OpenCV, HALCON), and software integration.

Troubleshooting & Support: Provide end-to-end post-sales technical support, resolve hardware/software issues, and ensure seamless deployment.

Documentation & Training: Create technical guidance, instructional materials, and FAQs to support our global partner network.
