Job summary

Irama Inspirasi Sdn. Bhd. in Putrajaya invites applications for a Facility Manager to oversee Mechanical, Electrical and Civil maintenance and operations. The role involves managing installations, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring contract compliance for efficient facility operation.

You will plan, monitor and report on maintenance programs, supervise subcontractors, prepare budgets and maintain records for Perbadanan Putrajaya.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Facilities Management from any University or equivalent and experience in the field of Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Facilities Management not less than 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Mechanical, Electrical and Civil activities
• Assisting Maintenance Manager in implementing all company policies and strategies in line with regional care procedures.
• Prepare and update the maintenance and operation programs in detail.
• Conduct research, drafting methods and planning periodic maintenance on Mechanical, Electrical and Civil systems and equipment.
• To plan and plan the use of human resources in handling Mechanical, Electrical and Civil activities.
• Inspecting the Mechanical, Electrical and Civil systems before and after maintenance work is carried out.
• Conducting sub-contractor appointments and equipment purchases for Mechanical, Electrical and Civil systems.
• Conduct regular checks on areas and facilities and provide inspection reports to Facility Manager.
• Prepare and control the budget for all contracts under the Mechanical, Electrical and Civil units and ensure timely and orderly maintenance of records and payments.
• Ensure Sub-contractor work is completed and done according to specifications.
• To supervise sub-contractors during renovation work, renovations, upgrades and ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with plans approved by the authorities.
• Collaborate with other units, departments and divisions to get work permits, work orders and so on.
• Monitor for spare parts stocks to be sufficient and obtain within the specified timeframe.
• Inspect and take action on area damage reported by the customer.
• Preparing daily, monthly and annual reports relating to Mechanical, Electrical and Civil works to be submitted to Perbadanan Putrajaya.
• Attend management and technical courses organized by Perbadanan Putrajaya to improve the quality of work, skills and knowledge.
• Perform other relevant duties in accordance with company directives from time to time.

• Civil and Structural Works
