Vfive Group is seeking an Engineer to ensure smooth daily operation of facility systems and support performance improvements. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, asset management, budgeting, and safety compliance.
The incumbent will monitor technical issues, troubleshoot breakdowns, manage documentation, and lead energy-saving and sustainability initiatives while preparing reports on incidents and maintenance performance.

Ensure smooth daily operation of facility systems General Responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance
Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues or breakdowns
Manage facility assets, equipment records, and documentation
Support budgeting, cost control, and procurement activities
Handle emergency situations (e.g., power failure, system breakdown)
Implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives
Prepare reports on maintenance, incidents, and performance
Mechanical Scope:
Manage and ensure Mechanical operation activities (Plan Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Routine Inspection, Proactive Maintenance, Warranty Management and User Request) and Sustainability Programme (Indoor Air Quality and Energy Management) are executed according to the Contract Agreement requirements and Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Plan, execute and control electrical approved annual budget for Revenue (Fees, Variation Order, Reimbursable Work, Energy Performance Contracting, Energy Management and Indoor Air Quality) and Expenditures (Maintenance cost, Contractor cost and Operation cost) to achieve company Annual Operation Plan (AOP).
Identify and provide reports (Technical Report, Technical Professional Advice, Condition Appraisal as per Contract Agreement.
Electrical Scope:
Manage, operate, and maintain all electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, generators, and UPS systems within the facility.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely and effective manner.
Oversee and ensure all civil maintenance activities — including Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Predictive, Corrective, Breakdown, and Proactive Maintenance — are executed according to contract and company SOPs.
Manage and monitor daily site operations, including complaints, work requests, scheduled maintenance, inspections, and cost control, to ensure high efficiency and minimal fee deductions.
Plan, manage, and control the annual civil maintenance budget, covering both revenue (fees, variations, reimbursable works, energy management) and expenditures (contractor, operation, and maintenance costs) to achieve the Annual Operation Plan (AOP).
