Job summary

TCR Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Supervisor based in Kuching, Sarawak. You will oversee day-to-day operations of the technical teams, delivering high-quality services to clients while coordinating with other departments for seamless operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in a supervisory capacity within GSE or related industries, strong leadership, and hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical work. A client-facing, problem-solving mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a supervisory role within the GSE, heavy equipment, automotive, or related industries.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in industry software and systems used in the field (SAP).
• Good understanding of safety and environmental practices.

About the role As the Technical Supervisor at TCR Solution Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's technical teams. Based in Kuching, Sarawak, this full-time position will see you leading and directing a team of skilled technicians to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

What you'll be doing
