Job summary

JV Pioneer (M) Sdn Bhd offers an internship position in Melaka to support technical operations and customer service. The role emphasizes learning and teamwork in a hands-on environment.

You will assist with technical support, inventory management, and warranty coordination while gaining practical LED lighting industry exposure. English and Malay communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance.
• Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to restore functionality.
• Oversee inventory, stock replenishment, and ensure product availability through proper monitoring and coordination.
• Implement regular cleaning schedules and ensure proper display arrangements.
• Track product movement, update logs accurately, and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Record customer warranty requests, verify claim validity, and coordinate necessary actions.
• Assist management with any additional tasks or support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
