Job summary

Avialite Sdn Bhd is seeking an intern to collaborate with multiple departments on daily manufacturing operations and workflow monitoring. You will assist production teams, track output and downtime, and help implement SOPs.

The role requires a willingness to work on the production floor, a basic understanding of manufacturing processes, and strong communication skills for remote collaboration with diverse teams. Seri Kembangan, Selangor location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics or related fields required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, ability to collaborate with remote teams.
• Willingness to work on production floor in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist production team in daily manufacturing operations and workflow monitoring.
• Support production supervisors in tracking output, downtime, and basic production records.
• Help implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in basic data collection for productivity, efficiency, and wastage analysis.
• Support coordination between production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
• Participate in housekeeping, 5S, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Prepare simple reports and documentation related to production activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist production team in daily manufacturing operations and workflow monitoring.
• Support production supervisors in tracking output, downtime, and basic production records.
• Assist in implementing and following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in basic data collection for productivity, efficiency, and wastage analysis.
• Support coordination between production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
• Participate in housekeeping, 5S, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Assist in preparation of simple reports and documentation related to production activities.
  

Must Have

• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes.
• Willingness to work on the production floor and in an industrial environment.
• Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and safety rules.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of quality control, inspection methods, or ISO standards.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen concepts.
• Ability to read simple technical drawings or process flow charts.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Electronics, or related fields (Good if involved in MPPT Solar Project)
• Current CGPA: 3.5 or above
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate remotely with diverse teams
• Allowance: RM1,000 per month
• Internship Duration: Preferred internship period of 6 months or longer
• Location: Position based at our Seri Kembangan, Selangor office
