Marsh in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technical Specialist - General Insurance Claims to join our hybrid team. The role supports Hong Kong Claims Operations, handling General Insurance claims while coordinating with insurers, service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree, at least 7 years in General Insurance claims, and be proficient in reading/writing Simplified/Traditional Chinese to review HK documentation.

The successful candidate will support Hong Kong Claims Operations, handling General Insurance claims while collaborating with internal stakeholders, insurers and service providers to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.

We will count on you to:
