Job summary

RS Techwin Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a technically capable and people-oriented professional to join our team. The role blends technical consultation, system troubleshooting, client engagement and project coordination across CCTV, access control, AI and smart technology solutions.

You will work with clients to assess requirements, document findings, liaise with contractors, and help plan and execute projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in CCTV, access control, ELV or related fields preferred.
• Project coordination experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and propose solutions.
• Conduct site assessments, diagnostics, testing and configuration with hands-on support.
• Provide technical advice on CCTV, access control, networking and ELV systems.
• Document site information, findings and equipment needs for the team.
• Coordinate with contractors on site arrangements and progress.
• Attend client meetings and follow up on outstanding items to ensure execution.

Job description

We are looking for a technically capable and people-oriented individual to join our team. This role combines technical consultation, system troubleshooting, client engagement and project coordination, with opportunities to work on a wide range of CCTV, access control, AI and smart technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, identify system issues, operational challenges, and recommend suitable solutions.

Conduct site assessments, system diagnostics, troubleshooting, testing and configuration, with hands-on support when required.

Provide technical advice and consultation on CCTV, access control, networking, AI and other ELV systems (Dahua, Hikvision, ZKTeco, EntryPass, MicroEngine, etc.).

Ensure accurate site information, technical findings and equipment requirements are documented and communicated to the internal team for further planning and coordination.

Liaise with contractors to coordinate site arrangements, work schedules, technical requirements and project progress.

Build and maintain good working relationships with clients and contractors through effective communication and follow-up.

Attend client meetings, site discussions and technical briefings when required.

Follow up on project progress and outstanding matters to ensure smooth project execution.

Candidate Profile

Experience in CCTV, access control, ELV or related fields is preferred. Project coordination experience is an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging clients, contractors and different stakeholders.

Good technical troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Outgoing, approachable and able to build and maintain good working relationships.

Proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and keep up with new technologies, particularly AI and smart solutions.

Preferably local candidates who are able to join immediately.

Willing to work and travel within the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor).
