A2 Automation Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a System Technician to install, troubleshoot and maintain CCTV, access control and security systems across projects. You will work hands-on with ELV and networking components, travel to site, and support project teams.

Candidates should have a certificate or diploma in related fields, at least 2 years’ experience, and good communication and IT skills. A company laptop, medical insurance, and training opportunities are provided.

Competenze

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronic, IT, Networking, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years experience in CCTV, Access Control, Security Systems, ELV, ICT, or Networking.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

• Oversee installation or repair of equipment, software, or systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, install, configure, test, and commission equipment.
• Collaborate with project manager and team for technical support.
• Maintain project checklists and system documentation.
• Respond to service requests and perform on-site repairs under warranty.

System Technician (CCTV, Security System)

Join A2 Automation Sdn. Bhd., a growing system integrator specializing in ELV, ICT, Security, and Automation Solutions. As a System Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality security and technology solutions to our clients. This position offers hands-on exposure to CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Intercom, and Smart Security Systems across various industries.

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing the installation or repair of equipment, software, or other systems.

Diagnosed, troubleshoot, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and perform repairs as necessary.

Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

Manage system documentation in terms of project checklist.

Respond to customer service request to troubleshooting security system equipment and complete on-site repair based on project warranty.

Develop and maintain excellent relationship with customers.

Attend risk assessment as per requested.

Ready for any on-call duty based on project requirement.

Need to travel to all project sites if required.

Perform any ad hoc task assigned by immediate superior; project engineer, project coordinator, project manager and others.

What we're looking for:

Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronic, IT, Networking, Telecommunications, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years experience in CCTV, Access Control, Security Systems, ELV, ICT, or Networking.

Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and report-writing skills.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Possess own transport and willing to travel for project assignments.
