Job summary

CDNetworks (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Solution Engineer to oversee key strategic accounts and provide consultative services to drive growth. You will manage end-to-end project planning, ensure delivery quality, and collaborate across departments to resolve issues.

The role also involves supporting pre-sales activities by advancing Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, post-sales, or IT industry preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Technical Solution Engineer (Networking/Clouds/Cybersecurity)

Account Management: Oversee the operation of key strategic accounts, ensuring customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Provide consultative services to drive business growth.

Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Manage end-to-end project planning and execution, ensure the quality of services delivered, optimize project plans, and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Identify and Resolve Project Issues: Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to identify and resolve project challenges, providing actionable solutions to improve product operations.

Assist in Pre-Sales and Sales: Support pre-sales activities by advancing Proof of Concept (POC) projects to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

JobRequirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields. Candidates with excellent qualifications may not be restricted by their major.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, post-sales, or the IT industry is preferred.

Skills and Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, team-oriented, proactive with a pursuit of excellence, and positive energy.

Technical Knowledge: Strong learning ability with a basic understanding of networks and websites. Candidates with Linux skills, which will be considered an added advantage. Familiarity with network analysis tools, website optimization, and shell scripting is a plus.

Communication and Coordination: Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to deliver exceptional service to clients and effectively promote cross-department collaboration.

Project Management: Proven ability to decompose project goals, control project processes, and ensure successful implementation.
