Schneider Electric Malaysia is offering a Technical Service Operations Intern role designed to build hands-on experience across Power Systems, Secure Power, and Energy Management. You will work with technical teams on equipment specs, RCA, and reporting while developing dashboards and process improvements.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a relevant engineering degree, with strong analytical and communication skills and a willingness to learn across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Energy Engineering, or related discipline.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, AutoCAD, or basic programming is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support Service Operations through technical analysis, engineering support, field service exposure, and continuous improvement initiatives across PS, SP and EM.
• Assist in reviewing equipment specifications, drawings, and service documentation; participate in RCA and technical reporting.
• Develop simple dashboards or digital tools to improve service effectiveness; contribute to at least one technical improvement project.
• Prepare knowledge-sharing materials and present findings to the Service Operations team.
