Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact point, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Support the sales team in managing and coordinating sales activities, including lead generation, follow-up, and reporting.
• Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Coordinate service-related contracts and tender documentation in support of the technical service team.
• Maintain tender files and the eligible vendor list for submissions.
