Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Science required.
• 3+ years’ sales experience in metrology/industrial equipment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with value-selling approach.
• Proven sales skills with targets experience.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• High integrity, discipline and self-motivation.
• Own transport is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell industrial metrology solutions within assigned territory.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through account management and new business development.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand evolving requirements and propose solutions.
• Provide technical information, manage sales funnels, and ensure CRM updates for follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.
• Support marketing initiatives, including exhibitions, seminars, and roadshows.
