Job summary

WIKA INSTRUMENTATION (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Application Engineer in Malaysia to cover assigned territories and meet sales targets.

You will manage relationships with distributors, system integrators, OEMs, consultants and end users, while delivering technical presentations and solutions. The role emphasizes pre-sales and after-sales support, strong communication, and pricing collaboration with the factory to ensure competitive offers and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent required.
Strong sales, communication and presentation skills essential.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret customer needs.

Responsibilities

Manage WIKA products with Distributors, Panel Builders, System Integrators, OEMs, Consultants, Contractors and End Users.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services.
Develop new customers and maximize client potential in designated regions.
Provide both pre-sales and after-sales solutions with technical knowledge.
Build long-term relationships by understanding customer requirements and budgets.
Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet client and company needs.
Collaborate with factory on pricing and technical clarifications.
