Job summary

UST Malaysia is seeking a seasoned recruiter to identify hiring needs and build robust job descriptions. You will collaborate with engineering managers to gather requirements and attract candidates through databases, forums, social media, and other channels.

The role involves conducting interviews, screening applicants, and matching knowledge and experience to open positions. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably with an agency

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3 years above experience as a recruiter.
• Candidate with agency background is preferred.
• Experience in Semiconductor and electronic domain hiring is added advantage.
