Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to plan and coordinate software and hardware upgrades across AMEA, ANZ and LACR. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive technical discussions, and ensure projects stay on current supported versions.

The role requires deep knowledge of Dimetra and Astro infrastructure, strong risk management, and the ability to translate complex technical details into actionable delivery plans for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or IT.
4–7 years of proven technical project management in telecom networks, systems integration, or IT managed services.
Hands-on with project tools and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional upgrade projects across AMEA, ANZ and LACR regions to keep customer systems on current supported versions.
Drive technical discussions, evaluate architectural decisions, and translate complexity into delivery plans.
Provide regular status reporting, risk assessments, and escalation metrics to leadership.
