Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that cover all aspects of project execution from initiation to closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining regular communication to update on project progress, risks, and issues. This includes but is not limited to internal stakeholders, vendor, principal and client.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, ensuring optimal use of team members, technology, and financial assets.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards of quality and align with the project's objectives.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices in project management and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Education: Holds at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, advanced degree is a plus.
• Certifications: Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile methodologies.
• AdditionalQualifications: Certification in any public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency: Highly proficient in managing and directing complex projects or programs.
• Cloud Migration: Experience in complex cloud migration projects.
• Methodologies: Highly proficient in project management skills, AGILE/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Technical understanding: Strong understanding of software development or IT infrastructure or database. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Workstreams: Experience in managing various project workstreams (i.e.: internal technical team, vendor, principal and client).
• Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Zoho).
• Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
