Job summary

Snappymob Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams of engineers, QAs, and designers on complex software projects for key clients in Web and Mobile.

You will guide the team through the full development lifecycle and report to the Head of PMO, with 2 days of work-from-home and 3 days in-office in Malaysia. Strong English communication and project-management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in management-related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business or equivalent.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Experience in managing projects with technical teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Create comprehensive project plans including user flow diagrams, Gantt charts, and milestone schedules.
• Oversee and lead technical teams to ensure project scopes and milestones are met.
• Create detailed functional requirements specifications and user stories for projects in initiation phase.
• Review project deliverables for completeness and quality with minimal guidance.
• Communicate and manage stakeholder expectations and relationships across all levels.
• Motivate assigned teams and resolve conflicts during project execution.
• Organize appropriate software development methodology practices (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) based on project requirements.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments on assigned projects and determine action plans and contingencies.

About the role
