We are seeking a certified Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to drive the end-to-end execution of complex cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure projects at our Cyberjaya office. Partnering closely with global leadership, you will bridge the gap between presales and service delivery from crafting strategic "strawman" proposals to managing high-pressure technical operations, establishing client onboarding frameworks, and ensuring alignment with global compliance standards (like ISO 27001 and ITIL). The ideal candidate holds a PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification, possesses deep domain knowledge in SOC operations and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and is an exceptional communicator who can confidently translate technical roadmaps for both engineering teams and C‑suite stakeholders.

Requirements

Essential Technical Skills:

• Project/Program Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master.
• Expertise in project strategy, lifecycle management, and high-pressure execution environments.
• Hands‑on mastery of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and Project tools for roadmap visualization.
• Solid understanding of the Presales-to-Delivery pipeline, including solutioning, sales support, and marketing alignment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of security solutions, SOC operations, and professional technical consulting services.
• Good awareness of cloud architecture (Azure/AWS), multitenancy, and infrastructure‑as‑code concepts.
• Proven ability to establish best practices for new customer onboarding, implementation frameworks, and design templates.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining high‑quality technical documentation.
• Conceptual awareness of network security, endpoint protection, servers, databases, and operating systems.
• AI and LLM usability for delivery of services to customers.

Essential Non-Technical Skills:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical stories to both engineers and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Proven ability to navigate and lead within a matrix organization, influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of ISO 20000 & ITIL processes & practice.
• Exposure to and practice of ISO 27001, NIST‑CSF, SOC 2 CIS, GDPR, CMMC, and other global compliance standards.
• Practical awareness of enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy).
