Job summary

Flex, Penang-based manufacturer, seeks a Technical Program Management Engineer to support design, validation, and implementation of innovative, cost-effective product solutions from prototype to NPI. You will partner with Design, Engineering and commercial teams to meet customer requirements and drive program timing and budgets.

In this role you will lead the program team, coordinate with R&D and manufacturing stakeholders, and ensure smooth transition of developments across sites while applying

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Typically requires 5 years of experience in engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related field.
Knowledge in SMT / Wave / Soldering / Assembly
Experience in coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth project transfer from R&D, Dongguan factory to Penang site.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Design & Engineering and commercial teams to drive design, validation, and implementation of innovative and cost-effective product solutions from prototype through the NPI phase.
Lead program team, including regular team meetings and updates to management, and ensure program timing and budgets are met.
