Job summary

• Five or more years in precision machining, CNC or semiconductor-equipment manufacturing
• Experience managing RFQ, quotation, NPI, product transfer and mass production
• Strong customer-facing communication
• Revenue forecasting, cost and P&L exposure
• OTD, production planning, inventory and escalation management
• Able to coordinate remotely from Malaysia Plant with the Vietnam factory and travel when required
• Experience with Project/Product transfer from one country to another (preferred)
• Engineering/Technical background (highly preferred)
• Professional-level English and Vietnamese
• Currently employed and legally able to work in Malaysia (Preferred)
