Job summary

CelcomDigi Bhd is seeking a Cloud Product Management Specialist to own the full PDLC for in-house cloud products, from vision to commercial success. You will identify customer problems, drive market analysis, and translate insights into scalable cloud offerings.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define requirements, pricing and go-to-market plans, and ensure successful launches with governance over IP and licensing.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years in cloud, product management or related roles.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or Business; relevant cloud/product/agreements certifications preferred.
• Experience with enterprise technology products from concept to market.
• Agile backlog, release and lifecycle management experience.
• Strong stakeholder communication and governance on IP/licensing.

Responsibilities

• Own the full PDLC from vision, strategy, roadmap and commercial success of in-house cloud products and reusable IP.
• Identify repeatable customer problems and convert proven delivery assets into scalable, multi-tenant and supportable cloud products.
• Lead customer discovery, market analysis, competitive assessment, business-case development and product-market-fit validation.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, service tiers, architecture principles, security controls, integrations and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise the product backlog and releases based on customer value, strategic differentiation, revenue potential, delivery effort and risk.
• Work closely with Cloud Architecture, Engineering, DevOps, Security, Managed Services, Sales, Finance, Legal and Delivery from concept to launch.
• Establish ownership and protection of source code, reusable components, documentation, trademarks, licensing terms and other product IP.
• Define pricing, packaging, unit economics, consumption model, margin targets, partner incentives and go-to-market plans.
• Drive product launch, sales enablement, customer onboarding, adoption, service operations, roadmap feedback and continuous improvement.

• More than 5 years in cloud, product management, solutioning, software platforms or commercialisation, including ownership of enterprise technology products from concept to market.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related discipline. Relevant cloud, product-management, agile or commercial certification is preferred.
