Job summary

Hirix is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to own the architecture and delivery of cloud-native applications built on .NET, Angular, and Microsoft Azure. You will set engineering standards, guide a cross-functional team, and partner with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.

This high-impact role requires leadership by example, mentoring engineers, driving CI/CD and security practices, and communicating technical trade-offs clearly.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong C# and ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC) experience.
• Hands-on Angular (v12+) SPA development and Azure deployment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end features across a .NET backend (C#, ASP.NET Core) and Angular frontend.
• Define and enforce engineering best practices across the team.
• Design and manage Azure infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Collaborate with product owners to refine requirements and translate user stories into tasks.
• Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security issues proactively.
• Lead sprint planning and technical ceremonies with clear progress visibility.
