Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 7–10 years of software development experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Proven experience leading small technical teams.
- Experience in solution design, system integration, and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small development team for delivery and support.
- Design scalable technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Review code, enforce standards, and ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with BAs, PMs, QA, and stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture discussions and sprint planning.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide guidance.
- Ensure timely delivery with quality and performance targets.
- Mentor junior developers and promote skill development.
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices within the team.
