Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Technical Lead to shape AI-enabled lending initiatives, drive end-to-end solution design, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture across AOS and RLOS platforms.

You will collaborate with EA, GDT, ITPM, GCISM and platform teams to translate AI outputs into actionable workflows, manage cloud/API integrations, and oversee SDLC, release and production support from pilot to production.

Qualifications

Experience in loan origination systems or lending domain.
Experience with API integration and middleware/microservices.
Cloud-based or distributed architectures.
Exposure to AI/ML projects (implementation/integration level).
Experience in SDLC, UAT, deployment and production support.
Familiarity with regulatory/reporting systems (e.g. CCRIS).

Responsibilities

Act as Technical Lead for AI-enabled lending initiatives and end-to-end solution design.
Coordinate with EA, GDT, ITPM, GCISM, platform and network teams for architecture alignment.
Own productionisation and BAU operations in cloud/hyperscale environments.
Oversee SDLC activities: requirement analysis, SIT/UAT, deployment, post-deployment validation.
Ensure data integrity, consistency and traceability across AOS and RLOS.
Provide first-level technical and integration support.
