Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of professional software engineering experience with production apps.
• Hands-on Generative AI, RAG, ML or intelligent automation experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Translate business use cases into secure, scalable enterprise apps.
• Develop backend services, microservices, RESTful APIs and responsive UIs where needed.
• Enhance conversational AI, RAG, semantic search, AI agents and workflow automation.
• Integrate apps with data services, databases, vector stores, model platforms and APIs.
• Implement enterprise security controls, secrets management and auditing.
• Create automated tests and monitor quality, performance, and costs.
• Package and deploy via CI/CD pipelines, containers and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in design reviews, document solutions and contribute standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Data Scientists and DevOps teams.
