Job summary

At TNG Digital Sdn Bhd, we build the AI-driven futures of payments and fintech products in Malaysia. The role focuses on AI automation delivery, LLM integration into production apps, anomaly and fraud detection, and expanding our product capabilities with reusable components across implementations.

You will work hands-on with current AI models and tooling, own features end-to-end, and collaborate with business, product, and operations to translate needs into practical technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 2–4 years in software engineering, automation, data engineering, AI/ML or related role.
• Hands-on with automation pipelines, backend services, or AI-powered apps in production.
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini or open models), prompts, RAG, evaluation.
• Familiar with APIs, data pipelines, system integrations, cloud, CI/CD, IaC, containers.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI-powered automation across workflows and decision support.
• Integrate LLM capabilities into production apps; evaluate models, prompts, deployment.
• Develop anomaly and fraud detection logic; refine controls as patterns emerge.
• Support product expansion by reusable components and adaptable workflows.
• Work with modern AI tooling; prototype, test, deploy, monitor, and improve.
• Own features end-to-end from idea to production and monitoring.
• Collaborate with business, product, ops, and tech stakeholders to translate needs.
