Job summary

Systemsquad Pte Ltd seeks an experienced senior delivery lead to own end-to-end managed services delivery for Singapore and Malaysia clients. You will guide engineers, manage scope, and ensure profitable outcomes with strong technical standards.

The role requires 7+ years in IT infrastructure or MSP/MSSP delivery, hands-on depth in Microsoft 365, Fortinet/Palo Alto, Windows Server, and security operations, plus excellent written English for client reports and reviews.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure or managed services, with at least 2 years leading engineers or owning delivery.
• Deep hands-on in at least two areas: Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Intune, firewall and network (Fortinet or Palo Alto), Windows Server and virtualization, or security operations.
• Proven experience running an MSP or MSSP service desk, NOC, or delivery function.
• Excellent written English for incident reports and service reviews read by Singapore clients.
• Able to take accountability for outcomes without daily supervision.
• End-to-end delivery of managed services and projects across Singapore and Malaysia clients.
• Escalation path: final technical stop before the Director.
• Resource planning and scheduling across the delivery team.
• Maintain technical standards: runbooks, documentation quality, delivery templates, definition of done.
• Onboarding and mentoring of engineers as the team grows.
• Client-facing technical communication: service reviews, incident reports, project updates.
• Delivery gross margin: scope accurately and deliver within scope.

Strongly preferred

• Experience in a Microsoft CSP or Fortinet partner environment

• Certifications: Microsoft MS-102 / AZ-104 / SC-200, Fortinet NSE 4+, ITIL
