Keyence Malaysia is offering an internship in Bayan Lepas to gain hands-on experience with factory automation and Keyence products. You will participate in training, troubleshoot, test products, and help prepare test reports.

Ideal candidates are engineering students, fluent in English with Mandarin preferred, and able to start in January 2027. The program values independent learners and teamwork, with a 3+ month duration and various benefits.

Qualificações

• Candidate pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), E&E or equivalent.
• Fluent in Mandarin preferred as role interacts with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with teamwork and independence.
• Owns a vehicle (car) and able to start internship in January 2027.
• Internship duration over 3 months is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Learn Keyence product knowledge and factory automation concepts.
• Participate in troubleshooting, product testing, and test report generation.
• Answer, prioritize, and escalate customer issues with the sales team.
• Work closely with sales team on customer feedback.

Have deep understanding on overall operation and culture of Keyence Malaysia.

Exposure to cutting edge Factory Automation of Keyence products.

Be involved in technical aspects of Keyence products with training programme provided

Hands-on experience on troubleshooting, product testing and test report generation

Effectively answer, prioritize and elevate customer issues

Work closely with sales team on customer feedback

Role requirement: -

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), E&E or equivalent.

Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (verbal and written)

Independent and able to work well in a team, fast learner

Possess own vehicle (car)

Able to start internship in January 2027

Internship duration of more than 3 months is added advantage

Company Package & Benefits

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:15 am to 5:00 pm

Basic Allowance: RM1,500 per month

Leave: 3 days Medical Leave
