Job summary

GE Vernova's FieldCore division seeks an entry-level Field Engineer through the Field Engineering Program (FEP). You will receive in-person and online training, on-the-job mentoring, and hands-on experience at customer sites, developing technical expertise, lean thinking, and leadership skills while traveling to projects.

Upon graduation, you may move into a TFA role, supporting installation, maintenance, and warranty work on gas/steam turbines.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in field services.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and interpret specs.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites frequently.
• English proficiency required for communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate on-site activities at customer sites.
• Install systems, perform preventive maintenance, repair and calibration.
• Respond to emergency repairs and provide technical instruction.
• Prepare technical reports and ensure timely documentation.
• Ensure safety standards and environmental policies are followed.
