Job summary

PERODUA is seeking a Process Development professional to establish warranty SOPs, guidelines and workflows aligned with OEM standards. The role includes warranty claim review, training, and Gemba support to improve processes and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering background, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in MS Office to support financial coordination and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

• Claim Processing & Support: Review and monitor warranty claims, handle outlets/CS inquiries, and deliver training and Gemba support.
• Financial Coordination & Reporting: Reconcile payments, resolve discrepancies, analyze market trends, and prepare management reports.
• Compliance & Optimization: Audit outlets warranty processes, track chargebacks to minimize error, and drive corrective action plans.
