Perodua Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Rawang, Malaysia is seeking a technician to perform periodical inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment, repair and service activities to ensure performance and good condition, and monitor environmental/safety hazards. You will be expected to report incidents and write breakdown reports while responding quickly to emergencies.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and can handle tools, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC,

• Periodical inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Repairing and servicing to keep equipment in good condition.
• Report environmental/safety incidents/hazards to supervisor.
• Write breakdown reports and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Handle and understand engineering items (tools, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, electrical, robots).
• Monitor contractor servicing and repair activity.
• Participate in 2S and KY during daily routines.
• Basic knowledge of TPM.

• Responsible to write a breakdown report and able to respond fast when emergency situation occurred.
• Able to handle, measure and understand the engineering items (Tools, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, PLC, electrical, robots etc)
• To monitor closely while Contractor servicing and repairing activity.
• Take part in 2S and practice KY while performing day-to-day routine.
• To have a basic knowledge of TPM.
