Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend customer emergency sites when rescue or repair assistance is needed.
• Follow scheduled operating procedures.
• Plan travel to customer sites within planned timelines.
• Follow supervisor instructions and be accountable for tasks assigned.

• 1. Menghadiri ke tempat kecemasan pelanggan apabila bantuan pengescasan atau pembaikan diperlukan
• 2. Mematuhi tatacara pengendalian berjadual
• 3. Merancang perjalanan ke tempat pelanggan dalam masa yang ditetapkan
• 4. Bersedia mengikut arahan penyelia dan bertanggungjawab terhadap tugasan yang diberi

Requirements

• 1. Memiliki Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) atau Setaraf
• 2. Mempunyai lesen memandu kelas D & GDL Kejur (BDM < 7500 KG)
• 3. Mempunyai pengetahuan asas dalam sistem kenderaan elektrik (EV)
• 4. Minimum 2 ke 3 tahun pengalaman memandu dan mempunyai rekod memandu yang bersih
• 5. Boleh berinteraksi dengan pelanggan secara profesional dan ramah mesra
