Job description
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with pre-sales inquiries.
- Provide professional technical support to customers.
- Conduct product testing to enhance understanding of the products.
- Deliver training sessions for internal staff and customers.
- Handle after-sales support, including troubleshooting and warranty claims.
