The ideal candidate has a Civil/Structural engineering background, 1 year of relevant experience, and proficiency in CAD or Revit. English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin fluency are required to serve diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Technical/Solution Engineer experience in construction or engineering; fresh graduates welcome with strong aptitude.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate with diverse client base.
• Proficiency in CAD and/or Revit for drawings and design documentation.
• Background in technical support, client engagement, or project management advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expert advice to clients, architects, and consultants, ensuring proposals meet project requirements.
• Address pre- and post-sales inquiries with confidence and precision.
• Deliver product installation training and resolve on-site technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Process and oversee client orders, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop design solutions using engineering calculations and design codes.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to align client requirements and drive product standardization.

Who are they looking for?

• Industry Experience– Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Technical/Solution Engineer or similar role in construction or engineering; candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply if they demonstrate strong technical aptitude
• Multilingual Communication– Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base across different markets and regions
• Technical Software Skills– Proficiency in CAD and/or Revit software is highly valued for creating technical drawings and design documentation
