Qualifications

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Engineer to join K.K.I.P. SDN. BHD. in Sepanggar, Sabah. Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and optimisation of mechanical systems and components
• Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies for engineering projects
• Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions to minimise downtime
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and engineering specifications
Support the maintenance and repair of existing mechanical systems and machinery

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in mechanical engineering, maintenance, or technical operations
• Proficiency in the use of CAD software (such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks) for design and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics
