Qualifications

• Experience in governance of security services delivery.
• Ability to manage service levels and performance reporting.
• Proven incident escalation and crisis management skills.
• Experience coordinating with multiple suppliers and customer teams.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery planning for managed security services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security service delivery with help desks, service-area teams, customer suppliers and third parties; ensure integration within supplier teams.
• Report performance against Service Levels and ensure compliance with Schedule P (Pacific Time).
• Assess risks, identify mitigations for changes to supplier-managed security infrastructure.
• Notify customer of vulnerabilities or breaches with recommended mitigations within 24 hours.
• Act as escalation point for emergencies and audit coordination.
• Provide access to security dashboards and reports as defined in the SoW and Reports Exhibit.
• Conduct quarterly supplier performance evaluations including audits and certification status.
• Ensure qualified personnel and review Key Personnel with customer approval.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for managed security services.
• Identify and drive supplier process improvements through cross-functional meetings.
