Job summary

Geo Ground Engineering Operations Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks an on-site Site Engineer to assist client site teams, support deep foundation installations and address soil stabilization challenges.

You will train customer personnel, communicate complex information clearly, and prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Geology.
• 1–2 years of civil engineering experience; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse teams.
• Self-motivated, with hands-on problem-solving abilities.
• Able to travel and possess own transport.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers' site teams in project kick-off and provide on-site technical support.
• Identify and resolve soil stabilization issues during deep foundation installations.
• Train customer site personnel on product usage.
• Translate technical information for non-technical site personnel.
